Standard circuits are individual working with
connectable pull down resistor,
8 inputs are wired direct to the port pins of the micro
controller and so it’s allowed to exploit up to 4 motion sensors or speed
measurement etc.
There is disposable a ground point for each in-/output
and a short-circuit-proofed operating voltage junction (with Multifuse in
8bit groups implemented)

0 – 2500 mA low side PWM, with 50-150 Hz jitter
interference, short-circuit-proofed.
The analogue signal can be adjusted for the
proportional valve manufacturers specification ( by software) - especially
for proportional valves there are two separate controlled coil connectors
for each output (high side switches), - alternatively these outputs can be
used as 2,5 A high current ouputs 12-32 Volt DC

Common
characteristics
All
the modules are equipped with control LED’s, node allocation is defined by
the installation location and is self pre-setting
The
complete CAN communication corresponds standard CANopen.
The
I/O modules with C515-Controller (point 2 + 3) are freely-programmable with
Keil C51 or
Assembler
51 tools, if required. Source code may be delivered, on demand.
So,
simple control functions and process data pre processing is local
practicable.
All
the modules are sealed flexible within a high-grade stainless steel cap
